The Parking Services Vehicle Car Pound and Parking Shop will be closed on Monday 14 September 2026 and will reopen on Tuesday 15 September 2026 at a new location: North London Pound, 83 Bilton Way, Enfield EN3 7ER.
This section of the website allows you to make and pay for a number of parking applications, including badges for elderly or disabled people, and residential or business parking permits. You can also find guidance on paying and appealing penalties, as well as general information about parking in the borough, such as maps of our car parks and controlled parking zones.
