How to view your payslips
You can view your monthly payslips online by visiting Epay.
You can access Epay using any browser on all Internet enabled devices, from any location.
To access your epayslips, you will need to sign in with a username (your NI number) and password. A temporary password will be sent to you in a welcome email, which you will be asked to change after you sign in. Passwords must be at least eight characters, contain at least one lower and one upper case letter and at least one number. You will also be asked to set three security questions.
Strict password settings and security questions are required to maintain a high level of security.
Printing your epayslips
If you need to print your epayslips, you will see an option to download and print as a PDF.

This means we store, hold and manage your personal data in line with statutory requirements to enable us to provide you with payroll services. To enable us to carry out our statutory duty, we are required to share your information with certain bodies.
