Your Council Tax bill shows the yearly amount you need to pay, your payment plan and when you need to make these payments by.

If you think a payment you have made is missing, first check your payment history in your Enfield Connected account. If the payment is not there, email revs@enfield.gov.uk and include:
- the payment date
- the amount of the payment
- how the payment was made - online or in person
- the name of the bank
- proof of payment, such as a receipt or a copy of a bank statement
If you think your bill is incorrect or you would like another paper copy of your bill, email revs@enfield.gov.uk. Make sure the subject of your email includes your Council Tax number inside angled brackets, for example <12345678>.
