Your Council Tax bill shows:
- the total amount you need to pay for the year
- your payment plan
- the dates your payments are due

Missing payments
If you think a payment is missing, first check your payment history in your Enfield Connected account.
If the payment does not appear there, email revs@enfield.gov.uk with:
- the date you made the payment
- the amount you paid
- how you paid (online or in person)
- the name of your bank
- proof of payment, such as a receipt or bank statement
Incorrect bills or duplicate copies
If you think your bill is wrong, or you need another paper copy, email revs@enfield.gov.uk. Include your Council Tax number in angled brackets in the subject line, for example <12345678>.
