Regeneration

78.5% of residents voted in favour of the regeneration in December 2021.

Planning application

The masterplan for Joyce and Snell's was submitted in September last year. The designs meet all the current building safety requirements, including second staircases for all blocks over 30 metres in height, as set by the Mayor of London.

In light of the government's announcement on 24 July for their intention to review regulations for newbuild blocks over 18 metres in height, we are considering the current programme and design requirements for the scheme, and will advise residents in due course.

If you have any particular questions about this, please speak to the regeneration team at Boundary Hall between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Wednesday.
