Forty Hall Cafe

As part of the governance procedures necessary for the council’s decision to proceed with the proposal to grant a lease of the cafe at Forty Hall and Estate, Forty Hall is required to be published in a local newspaper giving details of the proposal, and to invite objections against the proposal to be lodged for consideration.

Land on the east side of Montagu Road, Edmonton, London, N9 0EU

The London Borough of Enfield intends to grant to Cadent Gas Limited, a deed of easement for the laying of an underground gas pipeline at the property to distribute gas and connect into the gas distribution network.

Any person who objects to the proposed deed of grant of easement should set out their objection in writing by email to section123notices@enfield.gov.uk or by writing to:

The London Borough of Enfield intends to grant to Eastern Power Networks PLC a deed of grant of easement for the laying and operation of underground electricity cables at the property.

The public notice will be published in the ‘Enfield Independent’ on Wednesday 24 January 2024.

As part of the governance procedures necessary for the council’s decision to proceed with the proposal for Tottenham Hotspur Football Club to take lease at Whitewebbs, a public notice is required to be published in a local newspaper giving details of the proposal, and to invite objections against the proposal to be submitted for consideration.

The public notice was published in the ‘Enfield Independent’ on Wednesday 14 December and Wednesday 21 December 2022.

The decision to offer a lease to Tottenham Hotspur Football Club has been subject to a Cabinet decision by the council and has also been subject to a scrutiny call-in process, where the outcome was to proceed with the Cabinet decision.

Trent Park Cafe

As part of the governance procedures necessary for the council’s decision to proceed with the proposal to grant a lease for Trent Park Cafe at Trent Park, a public notice is required to be published in a local newspaper giving details of the proposal, and to invite objections against the proposal to be submitted for consideration.

It is proposed that the leases for Oakwood Park Cafe, Enfield Town Park Cafe and Trent Park Cafe be granted for a term of up to 10 years.

The public notices will be published in the ‘Enfield Independent’ on Wednesday 3 January 2024.
