Crews Hill and Chase Park masterplans
Crews Hill and Chase Park are 2 large placemaking areas promoted for development within the Emerging Local Plan (2019-2041). The areas will provide:
- around 9,000 homes
- local centres
- social infrastructure
- access to nature

The council is preparing masterplans that will guide planning applications in the area. This will make sure key objectives and principles are reflected in new sustainable communities.
Masterplan design development is continuing alongside the Emerging Local Plan hearings during 2025, including stakeholder and public consultation in the autumn.
