Mental Health Awareness

Mental Health Awareness Days and Weeks offer valuable opportunities for schools, families, and support services to come together to promote emotional wellbeing across our community.

These dedicated times throughout the year remind us to check in with ourselves and others, raise awareness of mental health challenges, and celebrate the strength in seeking support.

As an Educational Psychology Service, in partnership with the Enfield Mental Health Support Team (MHST), we recognise the importance of these days in raising awareness, reducing stigma, and encouraging open conversations about mental health—especially among children and young people.

This webpage provides key dates and resources to help schools, families, and services engage meaningfully with Mental Health Awareness Days and Weeks throughout the year.

Together, we can foster resilience, compassion, empathy, and a culture of care.
