Every February, our schools survey asks schools to tell us about their experiences of working with our service. To add to this, we also welcome conversations and feedback from schools throughout the year.

Our parent and carer survey is sent out with each written report. Parents can also give us their feedback by telephone.

If you have a compliment, concern or complaint

In the first instance, please speak directly to the Educational Psychologist (EP) working with you and your child so they can listen to your concerns about the service you have received.

If you are unhappy with the EPs response, please contact the Service Manager who will listen to your concerns and look for a solution to the issue.
