E-TIPSS training for schools, settings and partners

What

This is a comprehensive training on the Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC) Framework and aims to enable school teams and partners to implement a whole school trauma informed approach to their setting.

This is an essential first step for Senior Leaders in supporting their staff to have a shared understanding and language, promoting a whole school approach to thinking about children and young people’s needs and how to help them feel safe.

This includes Head Teachers, Deputy Headteachers, Assistant Headteachers, Pastoral Leads, Behaviour Leads, Safeguarding Leads, SENCos, Heads of Years, Senior Mental Health Leads, Designed Teachers for LAC etc. We recommend each school or service to bring up to 3 members of staff who are interested in the implementation of the ARC Framework in their setting.

It is important that both part 1 and part 2 of this in-person training are attended. Please note that this is the same training that was offered in spring 2027.

This training will be facilitated by Kati Taunt (ARC Consultant to Enfield)
