The New Options building can accommodate up to 60 people and includes:
- a private outdoor courtyard
- patio doors opening onto the courtyard
- tables and chairs
- wheelchair access
- a disabled toilet
- a large car park
- a kitchen with basic equipment for preparing light refreshments
The venue is suitable for children’s birthday parties and may also accommodate a small bouncy castle in the courtyard.

- 0.00 per hour – tenant and resident association (up to 2 hours per month)
- £29.67 per hour – not-for-profit rate or charitable organisation
- £35.72 per hour – council housing resident
- £39.17 per hour – Enfield resident
- £47.26 per hour – commercial booking, such as private functions and events
