The fee you pay to rent an allotment will depend on whether you are an Enfield resident, the plot size and site grade:
- Grade A - allotment site has a toilet
- Grade B - allotment site does not have a toilet
Paying for your allotment
Every April, we will send you an invoice for the year's rent. You can pay online using our online payments system and selecting the 'invoices' option. On the back of the invoice there is a list of other ways to pay, such as by phone or bank transfer.
Concessions for Enfield residents only
Enfield residents may be eligible for a 25% discount on plot rental (up to 250m2) if they:
- get Universal Credit
- get Income Support
- are registered disabled
- get Employment and Support Allowance
- are a student
- get Jobseeker’s Allowance
- are over 63 years of age
You will need to provide formal documentation as proof for this concession. If you do not provide this at the time of your application, the concession will not be applied. This can be a photocopy of a current benefit but must be within the last 3 months. It must also show your name and address, and the type of benefit you receive. You will need to provide this annually.
For those aged 63 and over, we require a photocopy of your passport or birth certificate. You only need to provide this once.
