The plan (which spans from 2019 to 2041), focuses on several key areas to make sure Enfield remains a thriving and attractive place to live, work, and invest.
One of the standout features of the plan is its commitment to delivering a diverse housing mix – including family homes that cater to various needs. With a target of 33,280 new homes by 2041, Enfield is set to become a hub of modern, high-quality living spaces.
The plan also emphasizes the development of around 304,000 sqm of industrial and logistics space and 39,000 sqm of office space. This will make sure that businesses have the facilities they need to grow and succeed.
