Landlord Incentive Scheme (formerly ‘Homefinder’)
As a landlord, you would manage your property, but we would find you a tenant.
Your agreement would be an assured shorthold tenancy (AST) direct with the tenant.
We need all sizes of property for tenants who are ready to move to a privately rented home. Your property can be in Enfield, North London, or any other part of the UK.

About your property
To join this scheme, your property must have:
- a carbon monoxide alarm in all rooms with a boiler or gas appliance
- a smoke alarm on each floor
- an energy performance certificate (EPC) with a rating of E or above
- a valid gas safety report carried out by a registered Gas Safe engineer
- an electrical safety report, where the installation is considered ‘satisfactory’, carried out by a registered competent contractor (a visual report is not acceptable)
- an assured shorthold tenancy (AST) with a minimum 12-month fixed term
- a valid property licence if applicable (selective licensing scheme)
