Our Affordable Housing Programme Framework
The framework makes it easier to deliver the council’s affordable housing programme.
As part of our ten-year Development and Regeneration plan, we aim to meet our housing targets with projects ranging from small builds to large estate redevelopments.
The Affordable Housing Framework is designed to enhance partnership working, increase development capacity, and attract inward investment. It will help create better neighbourhoods and manage housing across the borough and London. It also sets up a shortlist of trusted partners who share Enfield’s vision for housing and placemaking.
Our chosen partners were selected through a competitive process for these areas:
- Lot 1, Development and works: Building housing sites, related facilities, and infrastructure
- Lot 2, Development services and sales: Professional services for project management, design, and marketing homes
- Lot 3, Estate management: Ongoing management and maintenance of housing developments
This framework helps deliver high-quality, sustainable, and affordable homes in well-connected areas. It is available to all 32 London boroughs and the City of London.
Local authorities and housing associations who want to use or join the Affordable Housing Framework can email housing.renewal@enfield.gov.uk.
