The Enfield 500
The Enfield 500 is a residents’ advisory and consultation group for council tenants and leaseholders. It ensures that residents’ views and priorities shape the planning, design and delivery of services.
Each month, members receive an email asking if they want to get involved in a particular issue. This could be giving feedback on a leaflet, commenting on a policy or completing a survey.
Membership is flexible and online only, so you can choose when and what to get involved in. You can participate as much or as little as you want, and leave whenever you wish.
We will continue to email you every month until you ask us to stop, and new members can join at any time.

Tenants and residents associations
Tenants and residents associations (TRAs) are groups of residents who volunteer to represent the views and interests of everyone living on their estate.
A TRA gives residents more say in how their estate is run and allows them to work with the council to find solutions to problems affecting their area. They can also be a way to organise events and activities for all residents to enjoy. Constituted TRA groups receive a £300 grant each year.
TRAs meet with council officers 4 times a year to talk about issues, upcoming changes and report incidents that impact the estate.
If you would like to start a tenants and residents association for your estate, email engagement@enfield.gov.uk.

These meetings can be arranged every 6 months. The meetings will talk about issues on the estate, upcoming changes and report any incidents that impact the estate.
