Change in circumstances

Residents

You will need to let us know, within 21 days, if there has been a change in your circumstances or if you are no longer entitled to receive a Council Tax discount.

Examples of changes in circumstances include:

You should email us at revs@enfield.gov.uk giving full details of the change. Make sure the subject of your email includes your Council Tax number inside angled brackets, for example <12345678>. Provide as much information as possible and attach any documents you want us to consider. You should also include a phone number in case we need to contact you.

Landlords

If you are a landlord, you will need to let us know at once if you have a tenant moving in, out or within the area.

If you are a solicitor (or other third party) and want to tell us about a change in your clients' circumstances, you should email us at revs@enfield.gov.uk giving full details of the change. If you do not have the account number, insert the full property address in the subject line instead.

You can also give us details of a client who is moving in, out or within Enfield.
