Admission to a nursery class - September 2024

Places at Enfield primary and infant schools are allocated in line with the published admissions criteria. You can find this in our applying for a nursery school in Enfield booklet (PDF, 5002.94 KB).

Accepting your offer

If you applied online and received your allocation by email, you should accept your place by 4 May 2024 using your eAdmissions account.

For information about oversubscribed schools, the furthest distance we offered places, and vacancies for September, see our admission to a nursery leaflet (PDF, 138.4 KB).

Waiting lists

Waiting lists are held for all oversubscribed schools.

Your child’s name is automatically included on the waiting list for any nursery class that was a higher preference than the class they were offered.

If you want your child to be considered for a school that was not one of your original preferences, you can complete the NR2 form (PDF, 104.13 KB). You can also email esas@enfield.gov.uk making sure you include your child’s full name and date of birth. You can list in the email the nursery class you would like to apply for in priority order.
