All schools in Enfield can meet the needs of most children with medical needs. However, there may be cases where there are exceptional reasons why a child needs to attend a particular school.

The information you provide must show there is a very specific connection between the child’s medical need and the school/s requested.
If you are making a reception, nursery, junior, or secondary transfer application for admission in September, the form must be returned by the application deadline.
