Three brand-new trading units are set to open beside Edmonton Green Overground Station, creating an exciting opportunity for local businesses to become part of the area’s transformation.
Enfield Council is inviting expressions of interest from businesses with a retail front – including food and beverage, classic retail, or service-based concepts – that are authentic, innovative, and reflective of Edmonton Green’s cultural diversity.
Positioned at one of the busiest access points in the borough, these units – called The Green Pop-Up - are designed by Enfield Council in partnership with Fisher Cheng Architects to help independent small, micro and start-up enterprises thrive.
The units are positioned directly opposite Edmonton Green Shopping Centre and beside the main entrance to the Overground station and the Pavilion on the Green, ensuring high footfall and all-day custom.
Cllr Sabri Ozaydin, Enfield Council’s Cabinet Member for Environment and Placemaking, said: "We are proud to invest in Edmonton Green and all of our town centres. These new trading units represent a fantastic opportunity for local businesses to grow and thrive. We want to see concepts that celebrate Edmonton, adding real value to the community.
“We are committed to supporting our local and small business through real investment. By supporting small businesses, we aim to deliver economic growth and opportunities for all. If you have an exciting idea and want to be part of Edmonton Green’s future, we want to hear from you.”
