Between 25 and 28 November 2022, an independent peer team of officers appointed by the Local Government Association conducted a Corporate Peer Challenge at Enfield Council.
The purpose of this work was to find out how we were doing. We also wanted to highlight the good work being done and to make suggestions about how we could improve.
The final report of the Corporate Peer Challenge team was positive. It mentioned the effective work taking place across the council. The peer team were impressed by the commitment of our workforce in delivering excellent services to residents. The team also made 10 recommendations for areas where the council could look to improve.
