Flats and housing estates

If you live in a purpose-built flat, you do not need to book a bulky waste collection. Instead, you can place up to six items per household by your bin store area. To find out where your bin store area is located, speak to your caretaking services team.

Bulky collection points for housing estates will be by the bin store. Anything left away from this area will be treated as fly-tipping and reported to waste enforcement for further investigation.

Pay to choose your bulky waste collection day

If you want next-day collection, you need to book before 12pm. Once you have made your payment, your booking is confirmed.
