We provide Shopmobility for anyone who needs accessibility assistance around shops and other services. You will have access to manual wheelchairs and powered mobility scooters.

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 4.30pm
Shopmobility is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Contact us on 020 8379 1193 to make an appointment to register for Shopmobility. You can also get in touch by emailing shopmobility@enfield.gov.uk.
You will also need to complete a brief training session before using our services. You should also bring 2 forms of identification showing your name and address. These may be a bank statement, driving licence or recent utility bill.
You should try to contact us in advance when possible to book a wheelchair or mobility scooter.
