You can view the register of roads we maintain (PDF, 3319.34 KB), also known as adopted roads or public highways.
If you do not have internet access at home, we offer online access at various locations. You can also view a copy at the Enfield Town Library from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
If you need written confirmation and a plan of a specific road, you can request it for a fee.

Section 278 Agreement
A Section 278 Agreement is a legally binding document between the council and a developer which allows the developer to alter the Public Highway to suit a new development.
The works must be agreed and supervised by the council. Legal fees as well as bonds and supervision fees also must be paid before works can start.
