View the register of roads maintained by us (PDF, 3319.34 KB), also known as adopted roads or public highway.
For those without online access at home, the council provides online access at various sites. A copy can also be made available at the Enfield Town Library on Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
You can also request written confirmation with additional details and the plan of an adopted road for a fee.

Section 278 Agreement
A Section 278 Agreement is a legally binding document between the council and a developer which allows the developer to alter the Public Highway to suit a new development.
The works must be agreed and supervised by the council. Legal fees as well as bonds and supervision fees also must be paid before works can start.
