Our Strategic Property Services team hosts events both online and in person. They offer a chance to learn more about what the council's property team does. These events are free and open to everyone.
The team handles operational services, as well as property investment and development. Please note that the Property Services team is separate from housing.

This is an in‑person event where you can meet Enfield Councillors and the Property Team. You'll find out how council‑owned buildings and spaces support local voluntary and community organisations.
You’ll be able to:
- hear how the Council uses its assets to help community and voluntary groups
- meet the Director of Property, Head of Estates, and other officers
- find out about buildings and spaces that may soon be available to rent or use
- ask questions and explore how your group could benefit
- The event is open to anyone involved in a charity, community group, or anyone interested in how local resources can be used more effectively.
