Have your say on Enfield’s Tenancy Strategy
Enfield Council is developing a new Tenancy Strategy. It sets out the approach the council and other registered social housing providers in Enfield must follow when they set or review their tenancy policies. It also recommends good practice for private landlords and letting agents.
The strategy supports the Council Plan 2023 to 2026. It aims to build strong, healthy and safe communities, provide more good-quality homes, and support an economy that works for everyone.

We want your views on the draft strategy.
We welcome feedback from everyone, especially Enfield residents, social housing tenants, private landlords and letting agents, and representatives of registered providers or community organisations.
Your views will help ensure the strategy reflects residents’ experiences and supports stable, sustainable tenancies in Enfield.
The consultation closes at 5pm on 11 March 2026.
