Enfield Council are required to gather, report and publish our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) data. This allows tenants to have a great transparency about the council's performance.
Last year, we commissioned BMG Research to carry out the survey of residents. Interviews took place in the autumn of 2025. View information about the 2025 to 2026 survey and questionnaire (PDF, 686.28 KB).

Service improvement plan
The Council Housing Service is dedicated to enhancing its offerings by using performance data and resident feedback to create a robust service improvement work plan. This plan is designed to address areas highlighted by complaints and performance metrics, ensuring a stronger, more responsive service for our residents.
These efforts are part of the Council Housing Service Plan for 2026 to 2027 (PDF, 414.3 KB), which outlines a comprehensive approach to service improvement.

Complaints

The Housing Ombudsman published Enfield's Landlord Performance Report (PDF, 848.73 KB) in September 2025.
Enfield will be submitting their 2025 to 2026 complaints report to the Housing Ombudsman by September 2026.
