Dog mess can be tied inside a plastic bag and placed in any of our litter bins, not just the dog waste bin.
Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog. You can report dog fouling and we will find the owner to remove it.
Owners who do not do this can be issued an £100 fixed penalty notice. Refusal to pay can lead to prosecution and a criminal record with a maximum fine of £1,000.
If we cannot find the person responsible, we will clean up the street as part of the routine schedule.
