If you have overpaid your Council Tax, your bill may show that your account is in credit.
If your Council Tax account has been closed
If we have closed your Council Tax account and you pay by Direct Debit, we will refund the credit to your bank account. We may not do this if you owe money to the council for something else.
If we do not have your bank account details, you must email revs@enfield.gov.uk to request a refund.
If you closed your account online
If you closed your Council Tax account online and it shows a credit, email revs@enfield.gov.uk to request a refund.
Include your Council Tax number in angled brackets in the email subject line, for example <12345678>.
