Knife Crime Awareness Week – 19 to 25 May 2025
Knife Crime Awareness Week is a national event that highlights and celebrates the efforts of charities, police forces, youth professionals, parents, carers, and individuals who are working to reduce knife crime and make a positive impact on young people's lives.

Resources for young people:

- Safe4Me – Fearless: Fearless is an organisation that provides resources on street crime for young people aged 11 to 16. They also offer a service to report information to the police anonymously.
- Crimestoppers – Knife crime: Crimestoppers offers information about knife crime laws
Resources for parents, schools and practitioners:
- The Ben Kinsella Trust: This charity works to prevent knife crime through advocacy and campaigning. They also provide workshops, resources, and training for parents, carers, young people, and schools
- No knives Better lives: This initiative helps young people to make better decisions about carrying knives. The offer downloadable PDF activity toolkits for practitioners to deliver messages about violence and knife prevention in various settings.
