We tailor our support to meet the needs of each school. Our team of experts help schools manage behaviour in a way that benefits all students.
Consultancy
We offer schools specialised advice on behaviour management, including:
- Restorative practices: Guiding schools in resolving conflicts and building strong, positive relationships within their community
- Positive behaviour support: Helping schools design and apply systems that actively encourage and promote good behaviour
- Social, emotional, and mental health support: Provide help and resources for students with social, emotional, and mental health needs
Training
We deliver comprehensive training on a variety of behaviour management topics.
- Behaviour and inclusion conferences: Our last conference brought together leaders from Enfield secondary schools for impactful training sessions. One conference was led by a national expert on restorative practices.
- Commissioning specialists to deliver a variety of tailored workshops on diverse topics
- Providing customised in-house training for schools
- Anti-racism and unconscious bias: We have provided free training to help staff create fair and inclusive learning environments
