Pay a gaming machine permit fee
We must be notified about gaming machines in licensed premises, as they may require a permit (for example, fruit machines and slot machines).
You can use our application form to apply for a new permit or to renew, transfer or make a variation to an existing permit.
It is a criminal offence to carry out unlicensed activities, and if convicted you could be given a £20,000 fine and a 6-month prison term.
