The purpose of the strategy meeting is 'to determine the child's welfare and plan rapid action if there is reasonable cause to suspect the child is suffering, or is likely to suffer, significant harm. This workshop will support practitioners to know what information needs to be shared, who will attend or is likely to attend and what happens next.
