A 2 hour training session exploring the National Referral Mechanism (NRM) process and the devolved decision making pilot that has been running in Enfield since March 2023. The session will explore the following:
- Awareness of what human trafficking and modern slavery is
- Key terms of the process
- How to make a good referral and how the panel make decisions
- What NRM decisions mean for young people
