A fun-packed event has been organised by the local Safer Neighbourhoods team in Edmonton where you can meet members of the blue-light emergency services, take part in lots of activities and meet some of the fantastic youth organisations in Enfield.
Organised by the local Safer Neighbourhoods Team, the Edmonton Community Fun Day will take place on Saturday 22 June at Montagu Recreation Ground N9 0EU, 12pm-4pm. Entry is free.
A number of organisations will be attending, making it a great event for families as well as young and local people. Events include:
- Basketball demonstration from Enfield Scorpions
- Boxing demonstration from Edmonton Eagles
- Meet the Cadets, Fire Brigade, Ambulance Service
- Meet Police dogs and horses
- Free bike marking
- Recruitment advice
- Youth engagement opportunities
- Food and refreshments
- Music and entertainment
- Trampoling
- Vintage police cars, and much more!
The Safer Neighbourhoods team will be supported by a number of businesses and organisations including Enfield Council.
