We developed a new draft Tenancy Strategy setting out the approach we and other registered social housing providers in the borough must follow when setting or reviewing tenancy policies. It also recommended good practice for private landlords and letting agents.
The draft Strategy reflects our aims to build strong, healthy and safe communities, provide more good-quality homes and support an economy that works for everyone.
