We want to make sure all homes are safe and well looked after. We produced a draft Repairs and Maintenance Policy (PDF, 806.45 KB) that explained:
- How we carry out repairs
- What tenants can expect from us
- What we expect from tenants
This Policy will support our Housing and Growth Strategy (2025–2030), the Fairer Enfield Policy (2021–2025) and new laws like Awaab’s Law, which sets clear deadlines for fixing problems such as damp and mould.
Our aim is to offer a fair and easy-to-use service that helps everyone live safely and comfortably.
