Details
The last compulsory review took place in 2019. An additional interim review took place in 2021 following a ward boundary review. A review must be carried out every 4 years. The next compulsory review is taking place between 1 October 2023 and 31 January 2025. This is in readiness for the next scheduled elections in 2024.
The review is designed to see if the polling districts and polling places in Enfield suit the needs of voters, and includes:
- Polling district boundaries within each ward in the borough
- Location of the polling places and stations in each polling district
- Access to each polling station
The Acting Returning Officer proposed recommendations could be viewed at Polling Districts and Polling Places 2023 (webpage).
