Details
The safety of those who live in each of our 55 high-rises is of great importance to us. This is reflected in our dedication to upholding the highest standards of safety in these buildings.
To ensure we deliver the highest standards of safety, it's crucial for us to maintain effective communication and collaboration with those who live in our high-rise buildings. After all your insights and feedback are invaluable in helping us manage and communicate building safety matters.
Your involvement will help us:
- Better understand your needs - by sharing your experiences and concerns, we can better address the specific safety requirements of your building ensuring you feel secure in your home
- Improve communication - your feedback ensures that we communicate effectively and keep you well-informed about important safety decisions.
- Enhance safety measures - collaboration leads to more effective and tailored safety measures
Following the Grenfell tragedy, the Building Safety Act 2022 was introduced. This placed a greater focus on the need to keep residents informed on matters relating to fire and building safety and to ensure those who live in high-rises are provided with the opportunity to share their views.
We now want to hear from those who live in our high-rise buildings on how we can best communicate and work with them in relation to fire and building safety. In the near future, this will be reflected in our Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy.
Who can share their views
Those who live in our high-rise buildings.
How you can share your views
Those who live in our high-rises have been sent a letter that includes a copy of the questionnaire and details of how else they can share their views.
Questionnaire (external website). This is the same as the questionnaire included in the letter. Please complete just one version.
Those who live in one of our high-rises can also meet with us. Building safety officers will hold surgeries in most of our high-rises, although some may be held in buildings nearby where there are no suitable facilities in the block for holding surgeries. Details of the surgeries have been sent to those who live in our high-rise buildings and this information will be displayed in the entrances of the high-rise buildings. The times and dates of all surgeries can be viewed in our timetable.
Closing date
2 March 2025 (11.59pm).
