Details of the consultation

Leading on from the recently completed  Park Events Strategy 2017-2022 Review, the Council engaged The Event Umbrella to develop consultation and community engagement guidance for event organisers operating in the Council's parks and open spaces.

We wanted to hear your views about your experiences with consultation and community engagement by event organisers who host activities in the London Borough of Enfield. Activities range from small community events (such as local fun-days), through to major events (such as music festivals).

This data was collected by Enfield Council and shared with The Event Umbrella (as stated on this website at the time and in the questionnaire).

The information and feedback provided will inform the recommendations we include in the guidance document. This guidance document will be given to all event organisers who operate within the borough. It will also be used by the Council to benchmark whether or not the organiser’s plans meet the objectives of the Council’s Outdoor Events Policy, and Parks and Open Spaces Strategy which is currently being revised.

Who could participate

All residents or organisations who wanted to share their views.
