Residents in the Bowes Primary & Surrounding Streets Quieter Neighbourhood Area have raised concerns with Enfield Council over traffic issues in the area for many years. Funded from the first tranche of the Department for Transport Emergency Active Travel Fund, the trial of the Bowes Primary & Surrounding Streets Quieter Neighbourhood is an initiative that has been launched in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Residents were asked for their views on the trial scheme.
