Which services can I access online?
My Enfield gives easy access to your Council Tax account, Council Taxsupport, Housing Benefit, landlord services and business rates. Once logged in, you can also make payments, report issues, request services and track the progress of your applications.
How long will this take?
Registration is quick, easy and secure after which we will send an email to confirm your email address. As soon as you have followed the instructions in this email, your password will be verified and you can begin using My Enfield. Landlord and business registration may take longer due to the extra verification needed.
What do I need?
All you need to register for My Enfield is a valid email address. You will then be asked to provide further information related to the service that you wish to access such as an account number. If you don't have an email address you can create one with Google.
