We are trialling a system of time-banded collections in Enfield town centre. Residents who live in this area will only be able to place rubbish and recycling on your road and pavements at specific times for collection.
If you miss the time-band to put out your bins, you must wait until the next collection.
Residents who don't follow the time-band restrictions will first receive a warning letter. If you don't correct the problem, you will receive a formal notice. If your property still puts out rubbish incorrectly, we can issue a Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) of:
- £60 for residents
- £110 for businesses
