Help with online services

Enfield Libraries can help you access our services online.

Come in to use the Internet for free for up to one hour per day. You can do a number of things, including check bin collection days, report problems and submit online applications. You will need a library card to use the computers.

If you need help, a member of library staff or a library volunteer will be happy to give you a one-to-one supported session to get you to the right place on the website, give you guidance on how to complete an online form or help you set up an email account. To avoid disappointment, book your supported session in advance by telephoning the hub library you would like to visit.

For help with learning how to use computers, you can book a free one-hour, one-to-one session at any of the following hub libraries:

Library addresses and opening hours.

If you have books to renew or reserve and it’s not convenient for you to visit a library, you can also do this using our online catalogue. You can also use the Digital library, which gives you access to resources for free home study.
