Our Support Includes:
- Consultancy: We offer expert bespoke advice and guidance on a range of behaviour management strategies, including:
- Restorative Practices: We help schools implement restorative approaches to address conflict and build positive relationships.
- Positive Behaviour Support: We support schools in developing and implementing school-wide positive behaviour support systems.
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) support: We provide guidance and resources to support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
- Training: We deliver high-quality training on a variety of topics related to behaviour management, including:
- Behaviour Conference: Our last conference was a day where we brought all the behaviour leads from Enfield secondary schools, for a range of training sessions. One of these was delivered by the national lead for restorative practice. PHOTO
- Anti-racism and Unconscious Bias: We have previously provided no-cost training on anti-racism and unconscious bias to support staff in creating inclusive and equitable learning environments.
- Networking and Collaboration: We facilitate opportunities for schools to network and share best practice with each other.
We believe that strong partnerships between schools and the local authority are crucial for improving school behaviour and creating positive learning environments for all students. We are committed to working collaboratively with schools to achieve the best possible outcomes for young people in Enfield.
