Consultation on admission arrangements for 2023 to 24
In line with the requirements of the School Admissions Code, we are consulting on the sixth form of Enfield County School for Girls.
From 2023, we are proposing that applications for the sixth form will be welcome from both boys and girls. No changes are being proposed to years 7 to 11, which will stay single sex. The proposed changes can be viewed in the Enfield County Admission Arrangements 2023-24 (PDF, 230.59 KB).
A similar consultation is being done by the governors at Enfield Grammar School. Details can be found on the Enfield Grammar School website.
Other Enfield schools consulting on amendments are:
- Enfield Learning Trust – Chesterfield School
- Ivy Learning Trust - Brimsdown, Churchfield, Eastfield, Lavender and Walker schools
- St Monica’s
The consultation will run until 31 January 2023. Comments on the proposed arrangements should be made in writing to the Head of Admissions and Attendance. These must be submitted by email to esas@enfield.gov.uk by 31 January 2023.
