Platinum Teddy Bear Experience

Spend the morning or afternoon with us at Millfield Theatre and get your teddy on. There will be plenty of activities to do, including building a personalised furry animal friend, with its own name and teddy-tastic birth certificate to take home. Make friends and show great team work in our team games. Show some dance moves on the dance floor, including a healthy, tasty free lunch for the little ones.

February fun for half term

This February half term, dive into a world of excitement as we present an array of engaging activities tailored for every interest. From heart-pounding multi-sports to the artistry of cooking, the rhythm of dance, the craftsmanship of jewelry making, and the empowerment of life skills.

Swim school short course

Run daily over the half term, children from ages 4 years and over can participate in a thirty-minute foundation swimming lesson everyday Monday to Friday.

Our 'Foundation Stage' swimming lessons are essentially beginner swimming lessons, starting at Stage 1, Red through to Stage 3, Green. Sessions are aimed at beginner swimmers and would not be appropriate for those that can swim or are currently undertaking lessons. Children will be assessed on the first stage and will be rotated across Red, Amber, and Green accordingly.

To secure your spot, visit Southbury Leisure Centre reception before Monday 12 February. Reception will handle the registration, including sign-ups for each child.

Swim for all sessions (family fun swims)

Open swim sessions taking place in Southbury training pool. Sessions will be free play with added benefit of toys, flotation aids and small rafts for children to enjoy. Normal swim rules apply and all children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.

Junior Gym

Children over the age of 8 will have access to the fitness centre and use of all cardio equipment including treadmills, cross-trainers and bikes. They will also have access to resistance equipment and lighter weights. All children attending these sessions will need to have a short induction with a fitness instructor to ensure health and safety is adhered to throughout the session.

Soft Play

A self enclosed soft play area for use from ages 0-11 years.

To secure your spot, visit Southbury Leisure Centre reception before Monday 12 February. Reception will handle the registration, including sign-ups for each child.

Half term café

Don't miss out on a great hot lunch each day and lots of activities for children every day over half term. Your child will also be able to enjoy arts and crafts, games and a free book swap corner. Children must be supervised by parents.

Trail and Craft Workshop

Come and explore the Forty Hall House. This trail is an activity for children to explore and discover Forty Hall. Can you spot all the features that make this home so lovely? There is only one way to find out. On the day, we will provide a bag with everything you need. At the end of the trail, we will quiz you and give you a certificate.

RIP’s Nature Trail and Craft Workshop

Come and explore the Nature Trail created by our young curators (some as young as 6 years old), during The Wild Escape workshops. This trail is an activity for children to explore the grounds of Forty Hall Estate. Can you complete all the tasks? Can you solve the riddles? Only one way to find out. On the day, we will provide a bag with everything you need to see the smallest bug and the furthest bird. At the end of the trail, we will quiz you and give you a certificate.

Brimsdown half term Camp

Join us for daily fun and creativity. Enjoy dance workshops, inflatable days, multisports, sublime science, cookery classes, and arts and crafts. Plus, get free breakfast and a hot dinner every day. Come, have a great time, and make lasting memories.
