One Lucky Ticket winner rounds off Customer Service Week 2008
Date and Time of Publication:- 2008-10-16 15:33:19It was celebrations all round last week as one of the winners of Enfield Council’s ‘Golden Tickets’ Ms Niger Huseyn, posed with Civic Centre Reception Manager, Andreas Monoyos, with her winning £10 ticket.

To celebrate National Customer Services Week, last week every visitor who took a ticket to see Customer Services was in with a chance of winning one of ten £10 Golden Tickets, Ms Huseyn drew one of the lucky ones. The ticket can be spent at Waitrose.

The Customer Services Centre also celebrated with one “Golden Call” per day where a random caller was presented with a £10 voucher.
Andreas Monoyos, Customer Services Manager said “Every single person who walks through the door of the Civic Centre is guaranteed a warm welcome, and will be greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable officer.
“Customer Service Week gave us a unique opportunity to give every one of our visitors who took a ticket a chance to win. I am delighted to see one of our lucky winners Niger Huseyn here with her son James. I am sure she is glad she paid us a visit that day!”
Cllr Ann Zinkin, Cabinet Member for Customer Focus, Communications and Corporate Improvement said “National Customer Service Week brought into sharp focus the importance of making sure that all our customers have a good experience when they visit council offices.
“During the week anyone who visited the Civic Centre was asked about their experience of the council when they had finished their business, how did they find the officer they spoke to? How did they like the offices? We hope to learn a lot from the feedback we were given.
“The Golden Tickets were a fun way of rewarding customers who visited us during the week, and thanking them for taking the time to see us”.
