
National Customer Service Week 2008
Date and Time of Publication:- 2008-10-06 13:08:28Following recognition from the Institute of Customer Service last year, an exciting programme of events is being developed to celebrate National Customer Service Week 2008.
National Customer Service Week (NCSW) is designed to raise awareness of Customer Care and Quality Service issues, whilst bringing fun to the workplace. There are all sorts of things being planned across the council to help celebrate National Customer Service Week.
There will be competitions, back to the floor, Customer Services Stars, talks and tours of service areas all designed to promote customer care, improve team working and provide a better understanding of the council.
