10th Family Learning Festival

Throughout October

There’s so much to learn and enjoy as Enfield’s Family Learning Festival marks ten years with a month long celebration in local libraries.

Cllr Jon Kaye, cabinet member for leisure, culture and Olympics, said, “This is a lively programme to promote family learning. Families can really have some fun at our events and see just how stimulating it is to learn together. All activities are free and make full use of our library resources and expertise.”

Creating Characters for Children's Books** Author & illustrator Claire Alexander reads from her new picture book 'Lucy and the Bully', explaining how she created it, followed by a practical workshop on creating characters for children's books.
