Reardon Court receives Charter Mark
Date and Time of Publication:- 2008-03-07 16:21:00Residents and staff at Reardon Court in Winchmore Hill were celebrating this week when they heard that they had been rewarded their 5th Charter Mark, an award they have successfully retained since 1994.

The Charter Mark is the Government’s national standard for Customer Service Excellence. To retain the Mark, Reardon Court had to demonstrate compliance with a range of criteria from continuous development through to effective and imaginative use of resources.
Importance is also placed on how the unit engaged with its residents, their families and other professionals when they developed services. Compliance was judged through an assessment visit which lasted for a day.
Mark Whitbread, Reardon Court Manager said “We are delighted to hear that we have been awarded the Charter Mark for our quality services, something we have held since 1994.
“Reardon Court has a range of facilities and accommodation for older people, and we know how much all of our residents and their families value the home from home atmosphere that we provide.
“Our whole team feel that this award provides further independent confirmation that we keep our service users at the very heart of all we do, and that we listen, act and deliver on all our promises.
“Reardon Court is a wonderful place, we know that. But it’s good to know that others think so too!”.
